Important Notice: Scheduled System Upgrade
Bracco Diagnostics will pause operations from December 29, 2025 – January 5, 2026 to complete a planned SAP ERP system upgrade. During this time, the Customer Excellence team and the online ordering portal will be unavailable, and no orders or returns can be processed.
To prepare for this transition, the last day the online ordering portal will be available is December 23, 2025. Please ensure that all December orders—especially Isovue allocation orders—are submitted by this date to maintain product availability and avoid service disruptions.
January Isovue allocations and standard order processing will resume on January 6, 2026, when normal operations return. If you would like additional information, please contact your Dedicated Customer Excellence representative.
